Halloween NYC Street Closures - 2023

On Halloween night, the city will come alive with the iconic Village Halloween Parade.

Starting its march at Sixth Avenue and Canal Street around 6:30 PM and continuing up 6th Ave until approximately 9:00 PM.

The north and west entrances to Sixth Avenue will be temporarily closed during the parade.

In Addition

This year, a city-wide initiative called "Trick-or-Streets" will bring daytime closures to various neighborhoods.

The purpose is to enable citizens to safely enjoy Halloween throughout different neighborhoods, regardless of the Halloween events they plan to attend.
