Feb 17, 2023 - The possibility of the Loeb Boathouse reopening in June was announced by Mayor Eric Adams on Thursday. NYC Parks Department hopes to award a 10-year lease to a new operator, Legends Hospitality, a corporation serving entertainment venues and companies.
The contract is subject to approval by the Franchise & Concession Review Committee. Legends would oversee the restaurant, snack bar, and rowboat rental venue at the boathouse, if approved.
