If you walk past the Guggenheim on 5th Avenue between 88th and 89th, you can stop and see one of its current exhibitions. The showing, "Countryside, The Future" aims to turn a spotlight on the rapidly changing rural areas across the globe. David Litvin, an indoor crop specialist from Tel Aviv commutes through Central Park on foot every day to tend the cherry tomatoes. He snips the vines every week and the tomatoes are donated to City Harvest. Depending on what time of day you walk past the exhibit, you may see David tending the crops or neon pink light spilling onto the sidewalk, or bees pollinating the plants.
