For children of all ages. This playground, is located at the northwest corner of the Great Lawn (84th Street), within the Arthur Ross Pinetum, a small arboretum that is home to the largest collection of pine trees in the park.

The area is unfenced and unpaved, and also includes picnic tables and open lawns, making it a great spot for picnicking and family outings. The swings, exercise bars, and picnic tables are nestled amongst the evergreen trees.
