This is one of Central Park's largest playgrounds and is located near 5th Avenue and 96th Street, just south of the 97th Street Transverse road, and in close proximity to the Reservoir and the East Meadow.
It features wide open space, a variety of equipment, bridges, slides, climbing structures, swings, a sandbox, and picnic tables. During the summer months, there is a new sprinkler.
