Met Opera Summer Recital Series 2023

The Metropolitan Opera Summer Recital is a FREE performance series at SummerStage 2023.

This year's Met Opera Summer Recital in Central Park has concluded.

Listen to Metropolitan Opera stars performing an evening of arias and duets from some of opera’s most beloved works. This is a once-a-year annual event and a lucky opportunity to experience opera's best.

This year’s concert features Gabriella Reyes, Lincoln Center’s 2019 Emerging Artist whose voice The New York Times described as “radiant and rich in vibrato”; René Barbera, the Mexican-American tenor who was the first-ever sole recipient of all three top awards at the Operalia Competition; Juilliard alumnus Will Liverman, an operatic baritone and one of the opera world’s most exciting new voices; and MET music staffer Dimitri Dover, an experienced soloist and collaborator who has performed in some of the country’s most prestigious venues.

Admission is FREE.
