Seneca Village Tour

Seneca Village was Manhattan's first known community of African-American property owners, on land that would become Central Park. Tour covers the history of the village, the property owners, and what New York City was like at the time. Tour is approximately one hour. Call 212-360-1461 for more information and to register. Classes will meet at 85th Street and Central Park West. Each workshop combines a tour of the Seneca Village site and a trip to Belvedere Castle.
