New York Walkers Club

New York Walker's Club meets every Saturday at North Meadow Recreation Center.

You'll be in good company with this friendly, free, instructional Health Walk / Race Walk club.

Membership is $20 and includes the following benefits:

• Reduced entry fees for NYWC events
• Free, professionally managed walking clinics and group workouts
• Coaches of Olympic athletes, national champions and certified trainers
• Eligibility for members-only events, including “Break Bread” Saturdays and other social events
• Programs conducted in cooperation with the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation
• Informative newsletter

Date: Saturdays year-round

Time: Start time of 9:30 AM, except for July 4th through Labor Day (8:30 AM).
