We will be offering a free session on the fundamentals of meditation as well as demonstrating a simple yet powerful meditation you can do everyday. Location: Great Hill, Central Park Directions: Walk into the park at 103rd and CPW, walk up the stairs to the left, keep walking up the hill and when the path forks stay to the left. Just after the fork look for a sign that announces Lawn Hours and turn to your left, walking up the stone path to the shaded clearing. Look for ISHA volunteers.
