Central Park Dance Skaters

Different DJs come out on Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting, to inspire some dance action on wheels. Pick up some moves or get creative with your own. All levels and ages welcome!

To get to the Skate Circle enter the park at East or West 72nd street and follow the road across the park to the Skaters Road; it is just West of the Bandshell, East of Strawberry fields and the Sheep Meadow. You can also enter the Park at West 67th street through the Tavern on the Green parking lot, cross the park drive and continue east on the path just north of the Sheep Meadow. You will find the Skaters Road and the Skate Circle at the bottom of the hill.
