Dit dit ditiditidit - That's the sound of the CentralPark.com news ticker. Really. And here in the News Room is where we'll be collecting and correlating the latest news about Central Park and passing it on to you. Updated on a daily basis this is where you'll find all the information we'll be compiling from various news services as well as specific local sources such as the Central Park Precinct and the Conservancy. These will include announcements from the Park's Department, updates on any large events planned for the park and also information on changes in the park's rules of operation.
As part of the News service CentralPark.com will also be sending out newsletters to registered users on a regular basis. These will include a Daily, Weekly and Monthly edition as well as special announcements. When registering for membership you will be able to opt in to whichever mailing lists you prefer. The subject of these newsletters will include special events taking place in the park, schedule changes for planned events, announcements about Central Park as well as any current news that involves the park in general. You will, of course, be able to opt out of our newsletter service whenever you wish. Also, our mailing list will never be made available to any third parties or used for any other purpose than to provide information about the park and events taking place there. We Promise.
